That’s completely okay! Many families book simply for reassurance, guidance, and peace of mind, not because something is “wrong.”

Paz & Bloom is:
Trauma-informed
Relationship-based
Focused on regulation and connection
Centered on your baby as an individual
As a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Neonatal Therapist, I use evidence-based techniques to support both baby and parent. My goal is not to create long-term dependency, but to give you the tools and understanding to feel empowered at home.
Rather than focusing only on milestones or what your baby isn’t doing yet, I take a strengths-based approach in supporting your baby’s natural development while helping you feel confident and connected along the way.
I also consider your full story, especially if your experience included a NICU stay, medical complexity, or a difficult or unexpected birth. My care feels supportive, not overwhelming.

Traditional private-pay physical therapy evaluations are often around $300, with follow-ups around $225. I’ve intentionally structured my services to be more accessible for families, while still providing highly specialized, individualized, one-on-one care in your home.
Because my approach focuses on education, connection, and giving you practical tools you can confidently use on your own, many families find they don’t need ongoing or frequent visits. My goal is not to create long-term dependency, but to support you in feeling confident supporting your baby.
You don’t need to be sure you “need” support to book — many families come simply for reassurance and leave feeling more confident and at ease.
Many families find they need fewer visits and gain more confidence quickly, making it a more efficient and meaningful investment.

Yes! You don’t need a diagnosis or a problem to deserve support! Feeling more confident, calm, and connected with your baby is reason enough.

Follow-ups are always optional and available to you if needed! However, my goal is not to create long-term dependency. I focus on giving you tools, education, and confidence so you can support your baby independently.
-
If I have concerns, I will always communicate them clearly and support you in next steps. At the same time, I am thoughtful not to over-pathologize normal variations in development.
