Bridging the gap between bringing your baby home and settling into life together.

I have had the privilege of working in the NICU for 7 years. Caring for babies born as early as 22 weeks gestation, and walking closely alongside families during moments of vulnerability, healing, and transition has shaped my practice. I have a deep appreciation for how much guidance, reassurance, and hands-on support families need, not only during their NICU stay, but also during the transition home and the first months of life.

“I wish we could keep working with you once we get home.”

I hear this again and again. Because once families are home the support often fades — yet the questions, uncertainty & need for reassurance only grow.

This is true for so many families — whether you had a NICU stay, a full-term birth, adoption, or your own unique journey into parenthood

Paz & Bloom was created to gently bridge that gap.

Paz is my last name but it also means peace in Spanish — the peace of mind, reassurance, and calm that every parent deserves in the early days with their baby. It’s also pronounced like “pause,” which reflects how I like to begin each session: by slowing down, taking a breath, and truly focusing on you, your baby, and your unique needs.

Bloom represents growth — of your baby, your confidence as a parent, and the beautiful unfolding of your family during this transformative season.

My goal is not only to support your baby, but to support you as a parent — helping your family find peace and the space to bloom with confidence.

Why Paz & Bloom

As a first-time mom who experienced a traumatic pregnancy, delivery, and brief NICU stay — I know how alone and scary this can feel, even with a clinical background. That experience is at the heart of everything I do.

My goal isn’t to “therapize” your baby or create dependency — it’s to give you the tools, confidence, and understanding to support your baby on your own day-to-day 🤍

This is the kind of support I wish I had after the birth of my son.
